When will my order ship?
Standard shipping purchases will be ready for shipment within 5 business days unless otherwise noted. If you have concerns about expedited shipping needs, we recommend choosing expedited shipping at checkout. If you have a very time sensitive order please email shopmiluz@gmail.com prior to purchase to coordinate shipping so that there are no surprises.
How do restocks work?
Styles will be restocked based on what you guys are loving. That said, sometimes when a style sells out, it is gone. If you see something that you love that you weren't able to purchase in time, please feel free to reach out to discuss the status of a restock or potential for a custom order.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Some Mi Luz jewelry is handmade and, therefore, delicate by nature. All Mi Luz jewelry is best kept in a safe, dry space, and away from the bulk of other jewelry.
My jewelry arrived damaged, what do I do?
If jewelry is damaged during transit, we will happily replace it if we have the same style in stock or provide a refund if we are not able to provide a replacement.
Can you do custom orders?
Definitely! Please email Natalen at shopmiluz@gmail.com to discuss custom order requests. Bulk discounts can be provided if the number of identical jewelry pieces exceeds 8.
